These terms and conditions ('TOS')  are the terms which apply when you access the website http://tallulahrose.store (our 'Website' or our 'Site') or place orders to purchase any of our products. Any reference to 'we', 'our' and 'us' in the TOS is a reference to Tallulah Rose, the trading name of E.G. Home Ideas Ltd, a registered company in Cyprus. Any reference to 'you' and 'your' is a reference to you, meaning the user of this website. 

Please read carefully before placing any orders on  We recommend you should keep a copy of the TOS for future reference. 

We may modify the TOS from time to time. Please read the TOS and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the TOS then you must immediately stop using our website. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

We accept payments via PayPal. You do not need to have an account to check out with PayPal. Prices shown on our Site are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. Information on our shipping rates, can be found in our shipping and handling section of our website. 

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.  Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

In order to make purchases on our website you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. Our Site respects our customers' account information as private and confidential and we will never share this with any outside affiliations or individuals. 

Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have a statutory right (exercisable up to and including the seventh working day after the day of delivery), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.
